Work closely with Programming and Membership to help communicate the Chapter’s value to current and potential members, current and potential sponsors, and the news media.
SPONSORSHIP
Identify and recruit corporate sponsors, manage contracts for these partnerships, and work with Programming, Communications, and other relevant team members to ensure that the terms of the contracts are fulfilled..
MEMBERSHIP
Help recruit and engage AMADC members by organizing member appreciation events, managing the Volunteer Program, working with the local collegiate community, and more

PROGRAMMING

Collegiate Committee - General Support
Help with outreach to schools and identify key contacts. Find collegiate content opportunities for AMADC channels. Time commitment: 2-3 hours per month.
Data & Insights Committee - Research and Data Assistant
Support survey and research activities. Time commitment: 1-2 hours per month.
District Current Committee - Early Career Professionals Coordinator
Support events, social media, and outreach efforts to empower early career professionals. Time commitment: 3-5 hours per month.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee - Community Forum Coordinator
Lead the planning of quarterly Community Forums, coordinate with programming teams, and assist with logistics. Time commitment: 3-5 hours per month.
Educational Programming Committee - Educational Program Managers
Assist in designing the programming calendar, coordinate logistics with speakers, and manage event requirements. Time commitment: 3-5 hours per month.
Marketing Mentor Network (MMN) Group
MMN Monthly Newsletter Developer: Layout and assist with the newsletter, suggesting images, and scheduling. Time commitment: 2-5 hours per month.
MMN Location Scout: Find event locations and present options to the MMN leadership team.
Member Communications Committee - Communications Coordinators
Develop content for email marketing and social media using Canva Pro and MailChimp. Time commitment: 1-5 hours per week.
Membership Committee - Multiple Roles
Director of Membership Acquisition: Lead the expansion of our AMADC family by developing captivating recruiting materials, executing targeted digital campaigns, and analyzing data to attract a diverse range of marketing professionals. Time commitment: 2-5 hours per week.
Director of Membership Retention: Ensure our loyal members stay engaged and satisfied by managing inquiries and feedback, conducting membership surveys, and implementing digital campaigns to encourage renewals. Time commitment: 2-5 hours per week.
Onboarding & Member Experience Coordinator: Create a warm welcome for new members by providing comprehensive information, leading orientations, and identifying areas for improvement in the membership experience. Time commitment: 5-8 hours per month.
Pay Per Click Specialist: Leverage your digital marketing expertise to drive targeted recruitment campaigns through PPC ad campaigns, data analysis, and collaboration with the Member Communications Committee. Time commitment: 2-5 hours per month.
Partnerships Committee - Partnership and Business Development Coordinators
Reach out to potential sponsors, ensure current sponsors receive benefits, and collaborate across AMADC functions. Time commitment: 2-3 hours per month.
Volunteer Committee - Volunteer Coordinator
Assist with online and in-person recruitment activities, communication coordination, and ideation of recruitment and retention activities. Time commitment: 1-2 hours per week.
