As we move into the holiday season, we find ourselves at a time of year where we give thanks. This has been a particularly tough year for most and giving thanks may not come so obviously or easily. I’ve watched a movement developing recently focused on “be kind to others.” So I encourage each of us to give thanks to as many people as possible as we spread kindness to others. With this in mind:

I would like to first thank our returning members and our new members. I’d also like to thank the AMADC volunteer force. I’d like to thank Qualtrics, our survey tool provider, who has helped us measure the results of our efforts from post event surveys to our member and non-member survey with tools that are truly innovative. Thank you to ReadyTalk who offers an array of webinar services with cutting edge technology plus a product discount to our members. Lake Litho, our long-term printer, does an amazing job producing our collateral. The amazing students at Center for Digital Imaging Arts (CDIA Boston University) allow us to offer original content on our website and in our member’s-only section on amadc.org. A very special acknowledgement to Tony Brown, our fab photographer who fills our Flickr field regularly. For a complete list of sponsors, visit https://www.amadc.org/sponsorship/current-sponsors. Thank you to all for supporting AMADC’s efforts. You are a significant and necessary part of our success.
Thank you also to Potomac Management Resources, PMR, whose administrative services and support to we volunteers and have been a partner of AMADC for almost 10 years. Davin Hattaway, Janet Boutilier, Laura Genovese and Kam Harris and the team that coordinates behind the scenes and spend almost as much time talking with our members as we do.
And a very special thanks to our chapter mentors, Tim Sheradin and Karen Stone, amazing marketer and equally exceptional leaders.
Hopefully those reading this will understand how many individuals and teams work together to make AMADC great. Be part of our network, there’s still time to join during the fall membership drive (link). Hurry and join before November 21 to save.
On behalf the AMADC Board of Directors, ay you, your family, friends and colleagues have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!
