AMADC would like to recognize Nelissa Okamoto, Volunteer Director for this month’s Marketer Spotlight.

In this role, Nelissa engages incoming volunteers and connects them with chapter committees, allowing them to quickly and seamlessly get plugged into AMADC. She has contributed to growing and sustaining AMADC’s active volunteer base, and to successful membership initiatives such as the annual Volunteer Survey and bi-annual volunteer and new member appreciation events. She is an invaluable asset to the Membership Committee and has played a critical role in advancing the chapter’s membership goals. Nelissa has been an active volunteer with the Membership Committee since 2009.

When she isn’t connecting volunteers with AMADC, Nelissa is hard at work as the National Sales Manager at Freeman Audio Visual Solutions, a leading provider of integrated services for face-to-face marketing and brand building events, including expositions, conventions, corporate events, meetings and exhibit programs.
