AMADC's Marketing Mentors Network is a six-month program matching proteges and mentors in the DC area who are looking to connect and grow their careers.  Engagement is at the core of the Marketing Mentors Network, so one of the main offerings of the program is six large group sessions of educational content.

Jessica Bayer is Executive Director at Patino Associates, an executive search firm, working closely with clients to identify communications leaders who will meet and exceed their staffing and business goals. Across her tenure, Jessica has filled several senior-level communications positions for a number of high profile clients including Hilton, L.L. Bean, Exact Sciences, Prudential, McKinsey, McDonald’s, and National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, to name a few. Prior to joining Patino, Jessica spent over a decade recruiting for two of the world’s largest advertising and public relations holding companies, WPP and Publicis. Jessica has built her reputation in the communications industry as a trusted advisor and expert in the field of recruitment, by developing and maintaining strong relationships with industry leaders.

While with WPP’s top ten public relations agency, Burson-Marsteller, Jessica led senior level recruitment across Corporate and Financial, Technology, and Healthcare Communications. She was also tapped to lead a number of executive level searches in Consumer, Brand Marketing, and Digital. Jessica played a leadership role, which allowed her to identify and fill gaps in talent across a variety of industries hiring experts in corporate communications, executive visibility, thought leadership, issues and advocacy, crisis, change management, corporate social responsibility, health policy, technology, media relations, international communications, internal/employee communications, financial communications, investor relations, and public affairs.

Prior to Burson-Marsteller, Jessica spent seven years as a senior recruiter at Publicis, leading U.S. Talent Acquisition for MSLGROUP, Kekst, Qorvis, and Rokkan. Jessica successfully partnered with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment strategies were in alignment with the overall business strategy, developed strategic plans to recruit the industry’s best talent, and enhanced client teams.

Jessica started her career at Corporate Executive Board (CEB) in sales, but quickly found her passion for recruitment and transferred to the talent acquisition team. She graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a minor in Business Administration.
