WHY THIS MATTERS
According to a study by J.G. Navarro in July of 2023, 70% of Gen Z consumers surveyed said “brands with a large target audience were either somewhat or very responsible for promoting diversity and inclusion,” and baby boomers were not far behind at 64%. Despite the increased focus on the topic, many organizations struggle to implement successful and impactful DEIA programs and this includes marketing. However, connecting with younger audiences, growing brand loyalty, amplifying underrepresented voices, and driving revenue are all critical components of building an inclusive marketing strategy. This symposium will give you the tools to continuing building your DEIA acumen.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This symposium is an essential platform for marketing leaders and their teams, marketing educators and students, DEIA leaders and advocates, and all individuals entrusted with critical decisions regarding audience engagement.
