reached a significant milestone that supersedes its national
organization, the American Marketing Association. AMADC celebrates its
80th anniversary this year as the national organization turns 75.

[September 18, 2012] – The Washington, DC Chapter of the American Marketing Association has reached a significant milestone that supersedes its national organization, the American Marketing Association. AMADC celebrates its 80th anniversary this year as the national organization turns 75.
To mark this special anniversary, AMADC, in partnership with the Washington Business Journal, is celebrating greater Washington’s best marketing professionals.The 80th Anniversary Top Marketer Awards Gala will provide a platform for D.C.’s top marketers to be honored for their most creative and innovative marketing projects. Honorees will be show cased at the gala and featured in a special custom section in the Washington Business Journal.
The 80th Anniversary Top Marketer Awards Gala will be held Thursday, October 25at the Carnegie Institution for Science in the District of Columbia. This premier event will feature fine cuisine, music, an open bar, and the coveted Top Marketer Awards.
Ticket costs are as follows: $55 for AMADC members and $80 for non-members through the early bird deadline of September 28, 2012.
