About the Speaker:

Jeanne OliverJeanne Oliver, founder of Leadership & Life Strategies, Inc.

Jeanne Oliver, founder of Leadership & Life Strategies, Inc., is a Certified Leadership Coach & Performance Consultant with expertise in designing and executing programs for improved leadership, personal effectiveness and team performance. She has over 20 years of experience in leadership and management roles and brings extensive knowledge of what makes an effective leader and how to build high-performing teams. Her training in adult development and conceptual and emotional intelligence have given her the ability to quickly ‘get to the bottom’ of what drives behaviors and preferences, which impact individual effectiveness.

Oliver spent the first five years of her career working for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, followed by 15 years leading federal programs related to international development, education and training. In 2011 she founded Leadership & Life Strategies, Inc. and embarked on her own journey of building a business through personal marketing.

Jeanne currently provides individual coaching and customized leadership programs for a variety of clients, including federal government leaders, private sector executives, small business owners and individuals seeking higher levels of performance and fulfillment. She is a member of the NeuroLeadership Institute and uses a brain-based approach to coaching and personal development.
