About the Program:
Free agency defines our time. Through outsourcing and cross-functional work teams, we work in a new world where we are all becoming independent consultants. Our ability to navigate and leverage opportunities will determine financial security and professional success. Our presenter, Michael Grove, has been a successful consultant throughout his career. In addition to building two marketing consulting firms, his vast client list of more than 350 companies includes a dozen Fortune 500 companies and scores of mid-size companies. Currently teaching consulting methodologies in the graduate program at Georgetown University, Michael has also taught Marketing in the MBA program at DePaul University.
If you are currently in a consulting role and want to broaden your way of thinking, or you are considering becoming a consultant, this is a workshop you should not miss.
